IBEW Local 164 collects personal information from you when you request to join our mailing list, or when you inquire about one of our programs and/or classes. We ask for your name, Union membership ID (in certain cases), address, eMail address and telephone number. Once you register, you are not anonymous to us.
 
We use this information in order to provide information you requested, improve our services, contact you, or to conduct research.

IBEW Local 164 does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies and organizations, except in the following circumstances:

• IBEW Local 164 will respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.
